UD Almería announced that a final agreement has been concluded forthe full transfer of ownership to a Saudi investment group led by SMC Group, aleading company in the fields of media, advertising, and technology in theMiddle East. The group includes prominent investors, notably the Abna Al TheebGroup.
The transaction follows the completion of all contractual termswith the club's previous owner, His Excellency Turki Al Al-Sheikh, and is nowundergoing the final stages of regulatory approval with LaLiga and otherrelevant authorities.
